Download Windows 8 Developer Preview ISO image

Microsoft to release Windows 8 — developer preview copy — later today. 

There is going to be 2 different Windows 8 ISO images that you can download, the first one will be Windows 8 Developer Preview alongside tools, samples, guides, documentation and other type of resources to start building applications on Windows. And the second image is just a clean Windows 8 with none of the additional resources.

It is important to note that these copies of Windows 8 are not intended to replace any version of Windows that you may be running right now, as there still a lot work to be done, but you can still download Windows 8 and play with it.

• Available Sept 13, 8PM PST (14/9/2011 03:00 GMT)
• X86 (32 and 64-bit)
• With Tools + Apps or just Apps
• No Activation
• The version that is going to be available is the Milestone 3, build 8102, version 6.2.8102.
• No support is will be available in this developer preview copy.
