Windows 8 StartMenu gadget brings back the classic Start menu in a snap

Windows 8 StartMenu gadget

We previously talked about how to bring back the classic Start menu in Windows 8 Developer Preview, which required to modify Windows registry (regedit); not a really good solution for Windows users with no much experience. Now to make it even easier, you can use the Windows 8 StartMenu gadget to change the new Metro style Start screen for the classic Windows 7 Start menu.

Simply download the app from the Microsoft’s Open Source community CodePlex, run it and with only one click you can switch back and forth without comprising the Windows’ registry.
