Watch Microsoft BUILD 2013 Day 1 keynote showcasing Windows 8.1 Preview

In case you missed it, today was a big day for Windows users, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer took the stage at the BUILD 2013 conference in San Francisco and announced the availability of Windows 8.1 Preview for everyone to download. He talked about the most important changes and how far Windows 8 grown since launched eight months ago.

Ballmer also highlighted that the company is listening to its users and that is the reason why we have the Start button back, boot to desktop, a brand new Windows Store and many other changes.
