At the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Microsoft has announced two new, budget Windows phones: the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL; and to make the offer more attractive the company is also bundling the new handsets with a free version of Office 365 Personal for a year.

The Lumia 640 is meant to be the Lumia 630 successor and the Lumia 640 XL will be replacing the Lumia 1320. The follow lists show the most important tech specs for both phones.

Both phones will initially ship with Windows Phone 8.1, but they are compatible to Windows 10, when the operating system releases later this year. With the inclusion of Office 365 Personal free for a year, users will be able to enjoy the suite of apps not only on their phones, but they also get the right to install the Office apps on their tablets, Windows PCs, or Mac computers.

As for pricing, the 3G model will start with a price of 139 Euros ($155) for the Lumia 640 and 189 Euros ($211) for the Lumia 640 XL. The 4G LTE model will cost 159 Euros ($178) and 219 Euros ($245) for the Lumia 640 and 640 XL respectably.
