Windows 10 for phones: Project Spartan new leaked screenshots

While we still waiting for Microsoft to finally ship Project Spartan in Windows 10, a few new screenshots have made its way onto the web showing a little more about the new web browser for phones.

The new screenshots were posted on WindowsMania.pl and show the majority of the latest improvements Microsoft is making for the phone version of the browser. Like we have previously seen in Mobile World Congress 2015, one the biggest changes is Microsoft moving the search bar to the top area of the screen.

The images also show a three-dot button at the bottom of the screen with access to the browser’s settings and various features. From the new menu, you can add items to reading list, search, access to settings, and send feedback, which totally indicates that Microsoft wants your help to make the browser better.

A new section called “Hub” is also part of the leaked set of screenshots, which seems to be the area to find the articles saved to reading list, and you can also see how Spartan will look like in portrait and landscape mode.

The images may not show the final version of Project Spartan or at least the version of the software Windows 10 for phone users will be getting soon, but it does show a lot of what to expect.
