Microsoft confirms that Windows 10 build 10122 will release pretty soon. Early today, Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul sent a question on Twitter about whether the company should roll out a new preview build of Windows 10, even though there is a known issue that could cause frequent crashes using Microsoft Edge for those installing build 10122 on a PC with AMD graphics.
Aul describes the next preview as a “GREAT build”, but the bug on the Edge browser is what’s causing the hold up.

However, the Windows Insider community recommended to release the build immediately to the Fast ring of updates anyway. Microsoft seems to have taken the Insiders request into consideration and now the software maker has confirmed that it will roll out the Windows 10 build 10122.
Although, the company didn’t specified exactly when is the release date for build 10122, on a final Tweet, Gabriel Aul suggested that it will be arriving pretty soon.

Keep in mind that because the new build will first be available through the Fast ring, Microsoft won’t be making the ISO files available for download until the build is stable enough to be available to the Slow ring.
Without a doubt, the bug causing crashes on systems using AMD graphics will be very frustrating to some users, as such if you fall in this category, you probably want to wait a little longer to install Windows 10 build 10122, by switching to the Slow ring for a while.
