Windows 10 Mobile build 10162 screenshots leak unveiling new changes

Screenshots of Windows 10 Mobile build 10162 surfaced on the internet revealing a few minor changes.

Windows 10 Mobile build 10162 shows a number of cosmetic changes on the latest screenshots that leaked onto the web. While Microsoft has been focused on releasing Windows 10 builds for PC, the company has yet to release a new build for mobile. However, today WindowsMania.pl has published several screenshots of build 10162 for Windows phones.

The screenshots do not show significant changes coming on this build, but it appears that the build includes a new wallpaper, a larger battery icon, and small changes on the Store tile, which now shows featured apps.

While it’s unlikely that this particular build will make its way to Windows Insiders, Microsoft has to release a new build for mobile device soon. In addition, like with Windows 10 for PCs, the company is expected to start releasing new builds for the platform more quickly, as we’re also getting close to the launch of Windows 10 Mobile follow the desktop release on July 29th.
