It doesn’t work because, Windows 10 AU has sort of combined the sign-in and lock screens. Now you only need to go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen and in there you can change the settings to anything you want.

When I try to do the pic, it gives me this : There was an error while executing the application and it will shut down.
Please fix this so we can have our own pics as background.
