It doesn&#039;t work because, Windows 10 AU has sort of combined the sign-in and lock screens. Now you only need to go to Settings &#062; Personalization &#062; Lock screen and in there you can change the settings to anything you want.

					<description><![CDATA[does  not work with windows 10 build 14393.0- it will change the color of back  ground, but not the picture. When I try  to do the pic, it gives me this :  There was an error while executing the application and it will shut down.
Please fix this so  we can have our own pics as background.
