Hello Eleanor,
I’m more likely that something is causing your problem. This high contrast extension only works inside of a web page when you are using Chrome.
Now if you want to make really sure, you can either go to chrome://extensions/ using Google Chrome and uninstall the extension.
If that doesn’t resolve your problem, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome.

How can I delete it. I use this computer mostly for games and now I can not do anything. Everything is mostly black I do not want to mess with it to try to make it better. This extension is terrible — I want to DELETE it. permanently. I am a senior citizen and I want my computer back to normal.
