On Windows 10, you can now connect your Gmail account to Cortana to manage your Google Calendar using the assistant. Usually, you set up a new account on your device using a Microsoft account, which Cortana can access to provide a more personalized experience. But in order to provide even more value, Cortana also allows you to connect other services, which until now didn’t include a Google account.
If you’re running Windows 10, it’s now possible to connect a Google account to manage your Google Calendar using Cortana on your PC, even using voice commands.

How to connect your Google account with Cortana

Open Cortana.

Click the Notebook button.

Select Connected Services.

Click the Add a service button.

Select Gmail from the list.

Click the Connect button.

Sign in using your credentials.

Click the Allow button to give Cortana permission to access your account.

Once you’ve completed the steps, you can use Cortana to interact with your Google Calendar. Interesting enough, allowing Cortana to access your Google account will gives permission to access your Google Contacts, Google Drive, Gmail, and other information.
If you want to disconnect the account just go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and revoke access for Outlook.
It should be noted that this feature is new and it may take a while to see it working. In addition, at this point in time, it appears this feature isn’t available for iOS or Android.
