You won’t see this feature unless you’re running the latest beta preview of Windows 10. This is a feature coming with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

That’s EXACTLY what I have been looking for, but on my Network and Internet settings screen there is no option showing for Mobile Hotspot. I’m in the right place because it looks identical to the screenshot apart from Mobile Hotspot not being there?!
