If you’re a Windows user there is a good chance that you use Google Chrome as your default web browser. Although it’s one of the most popular browsers for its extensibility, speed, and the ability to load web pages correctly, you may have experienced problems trying to access Microsoft websites.
When using Google Chrome sometimes you may have noticed that you can’t access websites under the Microsoft domain, such as your Microsoft Account, Windows Store, Xbox and support sites.
Usually, the browser will display a “This site can’t be reached” message when trying to load one of the sites if you have previously signed in using a Microsoft account.
The problem appears to be an issue with Cookies stored in Chrome when you browse a Microsoft site. Fortunately, you don’t need to switch web browsers, you can simply clear those bad Cookies.

Open Chrome.

Use this link in the address bar to access the Cookies section in Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies

Click the Remove all button to delete all the Cookies stored on the browser.

Alternatively, you can delete Cookies individually by doing a search for Windows.com, Microsoft, Xbox and delete all Cookies individually by clicking the Remove all shown button.
Once completing the steps, you shouldn’t need to restart Chrome, just go to the Microsoft site and now it should load correctly.
