Well, if you don't have the "Network Adapters" page, then you have a different problem, and if it doesn't make this guide incorrect.
The "Network Adapters" page should be in Control Panel even if you don't have a network card.

THANK-YOU! It was a late afternoon when this problem happened, no internet, no bluetooth. My other laptop could find the wifi no problem. I was trying to find the guarantee receipt to take the Surface pro 4 to the store to be repaired (aiming at arriving before they closed!), when I found your article. It saved me 1hr of driving (to the store and back home), same again when collecting the Surface pro once it had been fixed, and, best of all, I didn’t have to wait for days for it to be fixed!
With all the work I have to do, it would have been a disaster, plus a bad headache from banging my head against the wall. I have made a little contribution for your help fixing my Surface pro.
(hint: you could make a little more obvious the Contribution text).
Very happy to look at your webpage again, to recommend it and to pay a contribution.

In reply to Kyle Hacker. Remember that it can also be a problem with your Wi-Fi router. Also, there could be a hardware problem, in which case, you'll want to contact Microsoft or take your Surface 3 to the Microsoft Store to have someone look at it. Thanks,

The problem is that every time I wake up my Surface 3 it is always unconnected and I have to reinstall the driver every time.
