Gears of War 4 Microsoft and Nvidia GTX offer

Gears of War 4 is free when you get Nvidia GTX 1080 or GTX 1070 graphics card

Microsoft and Nvidia are giving away free copies of Gears of War 4f for Windows 10 (and Xbox One) when you purchase a GTX 1080 or GTX 1070 graphics cards for your gaming PC.

You can get a free copy of Gears of War 4 as part of a Microsoft and Nvidia promotional offer. When you purchase one of the participating graphics cards, including Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 or GTX 1080 for your desktop PC or laptop, you’ll then get a code to download Gears of War 4 for free.

The promotion is available now and it’ll run until October 30th. In addition, because the game is part of Xbox Play Anywhere, you’ll get a copy for your PC and Xbox One.

The game includes support for Cross Play between Xbox One and Windows 10, which means that you can play on both platforms and all your achievements and game progress will sync automatically between Windows 10 and Xbox One.

Microsoft has recently revealed that that game is completed and ready to go, as such we’re expecting not delays to get the Gears of War 4 on October 11th.

It’s not common to see Microsoft teaming up with Nvidia, as Xbox One sports AMD chips. However, there has been rumors that the company may switch to Nvidia. If the rumors are true, it would not only be surprising for gamers, but for developers as well. The company is already working on a new Xbox One console knows as “Project Scorpio”, which will launch next year, but Microsoft hasn’t revealed specifics of the hardware. However, it’s interesting to note that the GTX 1080 graphics card has the same 320GB/s memory bandwidth as the Project Scorpio.

You can redeem your coupon code at this Nvidia GeForce website.
