Windows 10 update KB4505057 (build 18362.116) releases for version 1903

Microsoft pushes another new update to address minor issues for Windows 10 version 1903 before the final version is officially available to everyone.

As part of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update arriving in the coming days, Microsoft is now rolling out update KB4505057 for devices enrolled in the Release Preview ring of the Windows Insider Program before pushing the feature update to the masses. This is the fourth quality update releasing for first semi-annual update of 2019, and it addresses two problems.

KB4505057 bumps the version number to build 18362.116, and according to the company fixes an issue that may prevent access to some gov.uk websites that don’t support HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) when using Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge, and it addresses an issue in which installation may fail with the error, “0x800f081f – CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING.”

Alongside the new update for version 1903, Microsoft is also making available the a delta update to address a same internet issue with Microsoft Edge and IE11 referred as KB4505056, KB4505062, KB4505055, KB4505052, and KB4505051 for Windows 10 version 1809, 1803, 1709, 1703, 1607, and initial version respectively.
