Surface 3 with 4G LTE now available for purchase in the United States. On July 24th, Microsoft is announcing the immediate availability of the carrier unlocked 4G LTE versions of Surface 3 through AT&T stores.

However, customers wishing to buy the tablet through the Microsoft stores, authorized resellers and partner retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Stables and other retailers will have to wait until “late August”.

On July 31st, T-Mobile will also start selling the device. No word if the tablet will be available through Verizon.

Recently, the company also started to sell its Surface 3 in France, Germany, Spain, and in the UK, and as promised the tablet now is available in the United States.

The Surface 3 is the latest tablet that Microsoft is shipping. It’s a lower end tablet compare to the Surface Pro 3, it’s powered by an Intel Atom x7 Cherry Trail processor, featuring 2GB of RAM for the 64GB model or 4GB of RAM for the 128GB model – both models are now available with the choice of Wi-Fi only or unlocked 4G LTE.

Pricing isn’t yet available, but here is the link to purchase the tablet at the Microsoft Store.
