Another year comes to an end, and as always, I’d like to take the opportunity to say THANK YOU to everyone for sticking around. This was the seventh year for Pureinfotech, and it was a strong year with hundreds of new articles published and many changes.
Although Pureinfotech is open to anything that is technology related, the primary focus is Windows, and during 2017, the site didn’t hold back delivering a slew of great articles with the only goal to help you get the most out of your devices.
In 2017, Microsoft made numerous announcements, and Pureinfotech provided you with an amazing coverage on Windows 10 and products (e.g., Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, Surface Book 2, Xbox One X) with many articles and videos — a number that it’s just expected to grow in 2018.
In addition to all the tutorials, reviews, videos, and news articles, a lot of other things happened behind the scene to improve the experience. Throughout the year, there have been a number of updates to make the site faster, reliable, and more unique. Some of these changes included moving Pureinfotech to more powerful servers, starting using connection encryption to increase privacy and security, and various changes to the website design.
Also, this year, the Pureinfotech forums was launched, which is an extension of the website dedicated to our community to hold conversations among each other. I decided to create the forums to be a place of discussion and interaction with the main objective to help you (and help each other) to get answers to technical questions, fix problems, and get the most out of your gadgets — whether it’s running Windows 10, Android, or it’s an Apple device.
If you haven’t checked it out, I encourage you to sign up (it’s free).
The Pureinfotech YouTube channel is another extension that continues to grow. In 2017, the channel has reached and past the 10,000 subscribers which is an amazing milestone, and it’s all thanks to you.
2018 is upon us, and like in previous years, Pureinfotech is committed to continue its journey to produce great content for you, as my vision is to make this website a tech-publishing platform that you (the reader) can rely on to find tutorials, tech news, and reviews to help you answer a question, fix a problem, or simply to learn something new.
I hope you had an amazing year, and I wish you an even better 2018.
Happy New Year! — Mauro Huculak
