If you use the desktop version of Outlook with your Microsoft 365 subscription, or virtually any other version of Office, including Office 2019 and Office 2016, you can schedule an email to send it at a later time.

Although you usually compose and send an email immediately, sometimes having the ability to send an email later can come in handy. For instance, when you must email someone at a specific time, or if you have to email a person, but you’re now confident about the message, and you want a way to change your mind.

Whatever the reason it might be, the desktop version of Outlook lets you change the delivery settings to send emails at a specific time.
