A Netflix account has its limit on how many people can stream at the same time depending on your account. If you share your account with family members and friends, you probably came across the too many devices connected message that prevents you from streaming videos.
Instead of having to contact everyone, you can figure out who’s currently streaming Netflix by checking your account activities, and then act accordingly.
In this guide, you’ll learn the steps to check your Netflix account activity page to find out who has been using the service.
How to check your Netflix account activities
To check your Netflix account activities, you’ll need to access your account on the web, as such you’ll need to do this on your computer.
-
Open Netflix (on the web).
-
Click on your profile avatar.
-
Click your profile button in the top-right corner, and select the Account option.
-
Under “Settings,” click the Recent device streaming activity link.
In this page, you’ll find information about the most recently used devices and locations on your account in the last 60 days, including date and time, location, and device.
Of course, the account activity page doesn’t spell out who has been using your account, but it’s enough information that you can use to quickly figure out who’s currently streaming or who has been using your Netflix account.
