Surface 3 May firmware and drivers pack now available for download

Microsoft makes available for download all the drivers and firmware for Surface 3.

Microsoft has just published the May firmware and drivers pack for the new Surface 3 tablet running Windows 8.1. The new pack includes the initial firmware that Microsoft shipped the Surface 3, and the package includes all the required drivers for the Surface Cover, Home Button, graphics, Ethernet, Wireless, camera, and various other pieces of software.

Also, it includes the installs for SAM 1.0.33500.0, Touch 4.25.60.0, and UEFI version 1.50410.78.0.

Note: When you click the Download button in the Microsoft’s Download Center, make sure you choose: Surface3_150504.zip or Surface3_150504.msi to download the correct package.

Users can manually download and install all the necessary controllers for the Surface 3 (source link), or they can always be obtained via the Windows Update.
