Yes there is a way to turn it off. Type “Pen” into the windows menu and 2 things of relevance will come up: Pen and touch, and Pen settings. Go to pen settings, then turn off visual effects and show cursor. And that’s how you turn it off :)

I’ll look into it. I don’t think there is an option, but I am sure there is a work around for it.

Also Microsoft said that will release a calibration tool for the Surface Pen. There is no release date or what specific options it will have, but it might just include a way to disable the pen cursor.
