This week in tech we covered one of the biggest announcements from Microsoft yet. They official gave us the first look for the next generation of their operating system code-name Windows 8 — real name to be announced… –. Microsoft demonstrated Windows 8 at D9 and at Computex 2011 conferences showing many new features and a totally redesigned look and feel (optimized for touch).
