after a new USB OS install Win10 free space is 6.27Gb; adjust Group Poilcy for Zero updates; after a few weeks free space is 2.57Gb; wtf but where is 4Gb used?

In my experience, “Storage” is useless except for clueless users who have in fact filled up their C drive.
But when Windows, as it often does, fills up 20GB of disk space on C in minutes for no obvious reason, “Storage” never helps.

mine says i have over 100 gigs taken up by apps so i go to add or remove programs and i cant find whats taking up all the space
