Windows 10 RTM may arrive in June

Windows 10 RTM

Windows 10 is setting to reach RTM (Release to Manufacturing) in June 2015, according to new report published by Neowin. If the rumor is correct, the news also indicates that the next version of the operating system could be ready to be installed on new PCs, just in time for the back-to-school season.

Microsoft has been working on a fast pace to deliver the previews for Windows Insiders to test and help the company to fix bugs and other issues a lot quicker. On January, the software giant released the Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9926, and on February, we’re also expecting another build to release for the desktop and for phones.

According to the report, Microsoft is aiming to release Windows 10 RTM in June, but the schedule could change, as the new information isn’t official.

Previous releases of Windows reached the RTM status by October, but Microsoft is hoping to have the operating system ready early to help boost sales and adoption of Windows 10.
