Windows 10 is getting cumulative update KB4022725 as part of June 2017 Patch Tuesday. This new release doesn’t include new features or big improvements, but it addresses a few issues with version 1703, which is still rolling out to PCs.

KB4022725 bumps the version number of Windows 10 to build 15063.413, and it fixes a particular problem with the Lock screen, Cortana cross-device notifications, as well as a couple issues with the Surface Hub, and Internet Explorer.

What’s new on Windows 10 15063.413 (15063.414)

Microsoft has announced KB4022725 in its support site, and it’s referred as “June 13, 2017—KB4022725 (OS Build 15063.413 and 15063.414)”. If you’re already running the Windows 10 Creators Update (version 1703) on your PC and phone, this update will only address these issues with OS:

  • Fixed issue where Internet Explorer 11 may ignore the “Send all sites not included in the Enterprise Mode Site List to Microsoft Edge” policy when opening a Favorites link.
  • Addressed additional issues with time-zone information and Internet Explorer.
  •  Security updates to Windows kernel, Microsoft Windows PDF, Windows kernel-mode drivers, Microsoft Uniscribe, Device Guard, Internet Explorer, Windows Shell, and Microsoft Edge.
  • Fixed problem on the Surface Hub device where using ink may cause a break in the touch trace that could result in a break in inks from the pen.
  • Addressed issue with a race condition that prevents Cortana cross-device notification reply from working.
