Whether you have been using the regular or the previous version of Elite controller for Xbox One, it’s now time to switch to the “Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2.”
Although the new version of the controller shares many of the characteristics of the previous release, the new model includes support for Bluetooth pairing. In addition, there’s a new improved grip made of rubber, shorter trigger locks, and now you can even adjust the thumbsticks tension.
The Elite series 2 controller also comes with a battery pack built-in, which should last up to 40 hours, and you can recharge it using a USB-C cable or charging dock built into the case of the controller. (You can learn more about the controller in this YouTube unboxing video.)
The new controller for all versions of Xbox One is available now for $179.99 at the Microsoft Store, Amazon, and other retailers.
