Xbox One Elite Bundle for 2015

The Xbox One Elite Bundle set to go on sale later this fall with pretty sweet upgrades. While you can now get the Xbox One Halo: The Master Chief Collection bundle for $344 on Amazon, Microsoft plans to sell the Xbox One Elite Bundle for $500.

You’ll be paying a premium price because the new bundle packs a few great upgrades. For starters, the console will boot and start games a lot faster than before. This is because the upgraded Xbox One comes with 1TB hybrid hard drive.

Of course, you won’t be able to install every game available, but it shows that console makers are slowly moving toward SSDs. The new 1TB hybrid hard drive combines traditional rotating platters and small SSD which works as a super-fast temporary storage, thus improving performance while providing more space at a low-cost.

According to Microsoft the new hybrid hard “you can get to the action up to 20 percent faster from energy-saving mode”.

Then there is also a new premium controller, as the company is including the console with the new Xbox Elite Wireless Controller, a new high-performance controller designed not only work with Xbox One, but also with Windows 10.

The new controller which was first unveiled at E3 2015, is a full featured gamepad similar to the traditional Xbox One Wireless controller, but you can customize any way you like, as it includes swappable components, such as interchangeable paddles, Hair Trigger Locks, directional pad, and more customization can be accomplished using the app.

In addition, the company is also announcing that the new beautiful Lunar White Wireless Controller that will sell exclusively on GameStop starting late September and it will go for $65.

If you have been waiting to buy an Xbox One to play Halo 5: Guardians, this couldn’t be a better time. The Xbox One Elite Bundle will cost $500 and it’s now available for pre-order from Microsoft, and on November 3rd, it will be available from GameStop and on the Microsoft Store in the United States.
