YouTube app arrives on Xbox One offering voice and gestures controls

Xbox One gets a YouTube app, the official YouTube site announced the news today. The app is available now and for those already with an Xbox One can download the app from the marketplace.

According the the announcements the YouTube app for Xbox One comes with the following features:

  • Voice – Control the app just by saying “YouTube” wherever you are in the app. Commands like play, pause, and fast forward will instantly pop up on screen.
  • Gesture – Grab the screen to scroll through videos, and use your hand to pick which one you want to watch.

So, there you go one more app we can now add to the previous lineup of apps Microsoft unveiled for Xbox One. Sadly we still haven’t heard if a Twitter and Facebook are coming.
