  • Alternatively, open the Clock app and add the time zones you want from the “World clock” page.

UPDATED 10/28/2025: On Windows 11, you can set up multiple clocks to display the time from different time zones in multiple ways, and in this guide, I’ll explain the steps to complete this process.

Usually, the ability to access different clocks comes in handy when you collaborate with people in different time zones, as it helps you schedule meetings at times convenient for everyone, respond to emails and messages promptly, and coordinate deadlines and project timelines. On the other hand, if you frequently travel or live in different time zones, multiple clocks can help you keep track of your local time and the time in other regions.

Regardless of the reason, Windows 11 lets you set multiple time zones from the Settings, Control Panel, and Clock apps. However, you cannot add them directly to the Taskbar. For instance, the Settings app and Control Panel let you add up to two clocks in the Notification Center view, and the Clock app shows the time for each location within the app.

In this guide, I’ll show you two ways to configure additional clocks on Windows 11.

Add multiple clocks on Windows 11 from Settings app

To add multiple clocks for different time zones to the Taskbar, use these steps:

  1. Open Settings on Windows 11.

  2. Click on Time & language.

  3. Click the Date & time page.

  4. Turn on the “Show time and date in the System tray” toggle switch.

  5. Click the “Show time and date in the System tray” setting.

    Add second clock option

  6. Click the Change button for the “Additional clock 1” option.

  7. Select the time zone for the clock.

    Configure time zone secondary clock

  8. Choose a display name.

  9. Click the Change button.

After you complete the steps, the clock will appear in the Notification Center flyout, but you can also hover over the time and date area in the Taskbar’s System Tray.

Add multiple clocks on Windows 11 from Control Panel

To configure additional clocks on Windows 11 using the Control Panel, follow these steps:

  1. Open Start.

  2. Search for Control Panel and click the top result to open the app.

  3. Click on Clock and Region.

  4. Click the “Add clocks for different time zones” option under the “Date and Time” setting.

Once you complete the steps, the secondary clock will appear in the Notification Center flyout, and while hovering over the time and date area in the System Tray.
