Trick: How to convert PDF to XPS file format in Windows

Convert PDF to XPS

Did you download Blio eReader software? What is one of the things that you have noticed? Yes, is sadly to say, but Blio does not support PDF file format at this moment and so far it does not seem that they are going to support it in the future.

If you have a lot of PDF eBooks in your computer, it would be great if there was a way to enable you to import all of those great eBooks into the Blio eReader software. This is just an easy way to convert PDF to XPS file format in Windows, without extra software.

To convert a PDF file to XPS file format in Windows, follow the instructions.

1 Open the PDF file that you would like to convert to XPS file format, with any PDF reader.

2 Click on the File menu.

3 Click Print, the print window will open and in the section where you choose the printer select Microsoft XPS Document Writer.

4 Click OK and now your PDF file is going to be saved as XPS file format. That is all!

I hope that this trick was useful.

  • Oliver

    it did not work

  • MacConvert

    Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4
    Adobe Acrobat X Pro

This did not work for me.

I assume for all those who had success it is because they have printer installed to their computer.

Will install print Drivers and see what happens.

Remember that XPS is a Microsoft technology so it will only work on Windows.
