As you might have heard, a new load of changes are coming to Facebook and one of them is the so-called Timeline. I already put together a guide that details how to enable the feature, all explained step-by-step, but there is also a chance that after trying it, you might not like it. One of the reason could be because you realized that your new Timeline page will only be visible to developers and no one else, unless you give them the specific URL to view the new profile design from another computer (e.g., http://www.facebook.com/USERNAME?sk=timeline). For whatever the reason, if there is an ON switch, there is always an OFF switch too — use the steps below to get rid of Facebook Timeline.
Follow these steps to disable Facebook Timeline
1. Head over to the Facebook developer web page, log in and click on Edit App.
2. On the left side of the screen, click Delete App.
3. In the dialog box, click Confirm and the just click Okay.
Done! You just learned how to remove Facebook Timeline from your profile.
As you see, the process wasn’t difficult at all. Now, if you change your mind, you can always get it back by going through the previous step-by-step tutorial.

Sadly now that the feature is available worldwide, the company is not letting users to revert to the old profile style. Once you’ve been upgraded there is not a way back.
This guide to disable Facebook Timeline you’re reading today worked in the past because the new designed was in its beta stages, now that the social network giant is making the feature available to everyone, it is unlikely that what’s described above will work.
You can always learn how to get started with Timeline, you may find out that it is not as bad as you think.
