To disable smart suggestions in the new Outlook app, use these steps:

  1. Open new Outlook app on Windows 11.

  2. Click on Settings (gear button from top-right).

  4. Click the Smart Suggestions tab.

  5. Clear the “Show suggested replies” option in the “Suggested replies” settings to prevent Outlook from suggesting replies for certain messages.

  6. Click the “Suggest words or phrases as I type” in the “Text predictions” setting to disable words and phrase suggestions while composing a message.
