As part of the Canary Channel, Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 11 build 27919 with changes for the Search settings, some bug fixes, and several known issues.
According to the official notes, build 27919 for Windows 11 reorganizes the Search settings by combining the “Search permissions” and “Searching Windows” pages into a single “Search” page. The page has also been updated to match the design language of the operating system.
As part of the fixes, Microsoft is fixing a crash problem with File Explorer when trying to view the digital signatures tab in the properties for a file. In addition, this flight fixes problems with Microsoft Changjie Input method, Hindi Phonetic Input keyboard, and the Marathi Phonetic keyboard.
The company also notes some known issues regarding the Group Policy Editor, Remote Desktop, “dao360.dll,” progress wheel, and error 0xd0000225 on Copilot+ PCs.
Alongside the preview in the Canary Channel, the company also released two new previews in the Dev and Beta Channels with new features and visual changes as part of version 25H2 and 24H2.

To download and install this Windows 11 build, enroll your device in the Canary Channel through the “Windows Insider Program” settings from the “Update & Security” section. Once you enroll the computer in the program, you can download the build from the “Windows Update” settings by turning on the “Get the latest updates as soon as they’re available” option and clicking the “Check for Updates” button.
