Microsoft may not be shipping new desktop backgrounds anytime soon, but Windows 11 fans continue creating their own takes on the operating system’s iconic design language. A new fan-made wallpaper pack shared by the Microsofters community includes four custom Windows 11-inspired backgrounds, featuring two dark and two light variants with flowing wave effects and soft gradients.
Despite a few early download issues and missing high-resolution files, which users quickly pointed out in the Reddit thread, the creator later updated the links to the full-resolution versions, and the response from the community has been largely positive.
