Microsoft has released Windows 11 Insider Preview builds 28020.2904 and 28120.2912 for version 26H1 via the Beta and Experimental channels in the Windows Insider Program. These flights introduce improvements for existing features.
According to the official notes (Beta) and Experimental, Windows 11 builds 28020.2904 (Beta) and 28120.2912 (Experimental) introduce most of the same improvements.
For example, these updates fix an issue that prevented touchpad zoom gestures from working in certain apps after recent builds. Only on build 28120.2912, it also addresses a problem where the mouse cursor could move in the wrong direction on portrait-oriented monitors.
However, Microsoft is also tracking a known gaming issue in build 28120.2912. Some games that use Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) may fail to launch and display the error 0xc000007b. Microsoft says it is working on a fix and expects to resolve the problem in the next build.
Overall, builds 28120.2912 and 28020.2904 are a maintenance-focused release for Windows 11 26H1 testers, with the main improvements centered on touchpad and mouse behavior.

To download and install these Windows 11 builds, enroll your Devices in the Experimental or Beta Channels through the “Windows Insider Program” settings from the “Update & Security” section.
