What’s new on Windows 11 25H2 build 26200.5722
These are the latest changes that Microsoft has been working on for Windows 11 25H2.
Settings app AI agent for Intel and AMD
Starting with the update KB5062669, the Settings app is officially getting a new AI agent that helps you find and change settings more quickly for Copilot+ PCs featuring AMD and Intel processors.

Using a new on-device AI model, you can now use natural language to describe the problem or setting you want, and the agent will find and change the settings on your behalf with your permission.
If you want to test the feature, you can ask questions like “How do I control my PC by voice?” or “My mouse pointer is too small.”
Redesigned SCOOBE page
The Second Chance Out-of-Box Experience is the page you typically receive after updating or randomly after signing into your account to configure additional features, such as backing up your data to the cloud, changing your browser settings to Microsoft’s recommendations, and importing your browsing data to Microsoft Edge.

The page has now been updated to streamline the setup to one page rather than having multiple pages to configure these changes. You can always disable the SCCOBE from the Settings app.
Click to Do a new interactive tutorial
Microsoft is also adding a quick interactive tutorial with text and images to help users understand how to start using Click to Do on Windows 11.

Windows Search grid view for images
Starting with build 26200.5722, when you perform an image search, the results for photos will be displayed in a grid view.

Lock Screen widgets interface changes
On the Lock Screen page, the “Your widgets” setting includes some interface changes. For example, each widget will display a pin icon after being added to the experience, and a new message will notify you when you have reached the maximum number of widgets.

Notification Center for multiple monitor setups
In this update, the Notification Center will now appear on secondary monitors with the full clock, with seconds and all available information in this experience.

You will have to click the time and date area in the System Tray on the monitor you want to open the Notification Center.
Task Manager with new CPU calculation view
Windows 11 build 26200.5722 ships an updated version of the Task Manager that provides consistent CPU usage information. You’ll now see the same CPU workload across all pages, matching industry standards.

If you need the previous CPU value, you can display the “CPU Utility” column, located in the “Details” tab.
Other fixes and changes
In addition to the new features and improvements, Windows 11 build 26120.3964 also ships various fixes, including:
- Taskbar: Resolved issues where the Task View and Widgets icons might not appear or be unresponsive due to Settings toggles or race conditions.
- Sign-in and Lock Screen: Fixed white text on light backgrounds in Lock Screen widgets and improved taskbar and Sign-in Screen rendering after resuming from sleep.
- File Explorer: Addressed a bug where the “Unblock” setting in file Properties didn’t persist as expected.
- Start menu: Improved touch navigation reliability for the redesigned Start menu, including swipe-up gesture support.
- b Restored functionality for the Microsoft Changjie Input method and phonetic keyboards like Hindi and Marathi.
- Administrator Protection: Fixed a launcher issue for the Xbox app and potentially other apps when Administrator Protection was active.
- Settings app: Removed BitLocker links from unsupported drives under “Storage” settings to prevent misleading errors.
- Graphics: Fixed detection issues for Thunderbolt-connected external GPUs.
- Other: Corrected unexpected Group Policy Editor popups, a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bugcheck, and stalls during app installs on ARM64 PCs.
In this update, you can also expect some known issues. For example, some users may encounter a rollback during update installation due to error 0x80070005. Live Captions may crash when using live translation on Copilot+ PCs, and Xbox Controllers connected via Bluetooth may trigger a Blue Screen of Death.
Additionally, users on AMD or Intel Copilot+ PCs may experience delays when first using intelligent text actions in Click to Do after new builds or model updates are installed.
