What’s new on Windows 11 KB5070303 for version 25H2
These are the latest changes that Microsoft has been working on for Windows 11 25H2.
New AI agentic features
Starting with build 26220.7262, Microsoft is introducing AI agentic features for Windows 11, which allow apps, such as Copilot, to help you automate everyday tasks (such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, or sending emails) so you can spend less time on less specific tasks while boosting productivity on other, more important tasks.

The AI agentic features are disabled by default, and you’ll have to enable them manually from Settings > System > AI components by turning on the “Experimental agentic features” toggle switch.
New Click to Do actions menu
In this release, the company is also updating the Click to Do actions menu that now matches more closely the design of the File Explorer context menu with inline options for Copy, Save, Share, and Open, as well as with the Copilot prompt box and the content-specific features.

Microsoft also notes that it’s temporarily disabling the “Image Object” select feature, part of the Click to Do experience.
You will also notice an updated tutorial for Click to Do, as well as a new “Launch Tutorial” button.
Haptic feedback for digital pens
The update KB5070303 also brings haptic feedback support for digital pens with new tactile responses during certain interactions with the system elements.
HD Voices in Narrator and Magnifier
Narrator and Magnifier now use Azure’s latest on-device text-to-speech models, and new high-definition voices use generative AI to deliver clearer, more natural-sounding speech with improved tone and pacing.

Available in English (United States), these voices help reduce listening fatigue and boost focus, especially during long reading sessions. You can also fine-tune your experience by adjusting voice speed or switching voices anytime.
In addition, Narrator now supports structured math reading in Microsoft Word, making equations clearer and more intuitive for users who are blind or have low vision.
This first phase brings more natural audio for formulas and scientific notation in Microsoft 365, helping students and professionals explore STEM content with greater confidence. You only have to turn on Narrator (Windows key + Ctrl + Enter) and open a Word file with math to try it out.
Other fixes and changes
In addition to the new features and improvements, Windows 11 build 26220.7262 ships various fixes, including:
- Recall: Fixed a bug that incorrectly told some users their camera wasn’t eligible for Recall when it was.
- Task Manager: Fixed a problem where Task Manager didn’t fully close, potentially causing it to reopen on boot.
- Settings: Fixed Virtual Workspaces not working on the new “Advanced” settings page, and restored the option for users. Also fixed truncated CPU info on the “About” settings page.
Microsoft also notes known issues with these updates, including:
- Taskbar: The Start menu may not open on click for some users, and the notification center may also be affected. Apps may also fail to appear in the system tray when they are expected to.
- File Explorer: In dark mode, the copy dialog may show a white block instead of the scrollbar and footer when text is scaled.
- .NET Framework and Visual Studio: Visual Studio and .NET Framework apps may crash on ARM64 PCs.
As part of this release, Microsoft is making changes to the delivery of AI Actions in File Explorer, which will temporarily cause the loss of image actions and Copilot summary actions.
Furthermore, the company is temporarily pausing the rollout of the ability to open folders in new tabs rather than new windows. Also, this update consolidates the share options in the context menu with a single entry point.
Finally, the software giant is also temporarily pausing the rollout of the Administrator Protection feature.
