Although, on Windows 10, many apps have the ability to match the system color scheme, when enable the dark mode, Microsoft Teams won’t switch to the color scheme automatically.
The reason is that you need to enable dark mode on Teams manually using the app settings.
How to enable dark mode on Microsoft Teams
To enable dark mode on Teams, use these steps:
Open Microsoft Teams.
Click on your account icon to open the main menu.
Select the Settings option.

Under the “Theme” section, select the Dark option.
Once you complete the steps, Microsoft Teams will switch to dark color scheme. In the same page, you can also select the “High contrast” option if you need to use that color scheme.
