On Windows 8, Administrative Tools (Event Viewer, Performance Monitor, Computer Management, Services, Task Scheduler, etc.) are not displayed by default in the new Start Screen. If you are tech-savvy, you may use these tools quite often. Well, then, here I am going to show you a quick way to display these tools. Follow these 2 easy steps to display Administrative Tools on the Start Screen:
Use the Windows key+ C shortcut to bring the Charms Bar.
Click on Settings.
From the Start menu, click on Settings.
Swipe to Yes on the Show administrative tools option.
That’s all there is to it. Now go back to the Windows 8 Start Screen and all Administrative Tools should be listed.
