Microsoft offers 100GB of free OneDrive space to Dropbox users

OneDrive - One place for everything in your life

On a new promotional offer, Microsoft is trying to lure Dropbox users into OneDrive by offering a generous 100GB of free cloud storage.

To get the offer, you’ll need to be a Dropbox user, click the link at the end of the article, and upload a file to the cloud service. The whole process takes less than a minute to grab 100GB of free cloud storage, but note that the additional storage space is only for one year.

Microsoft is also offering a similar promotion to OneDrive users through the Bing Rewards program. Recently the promotional offer opened worldwide letting anyone grab 100GB of free storage for 2 years.

Although, as a Dropbox user, you’ll only get one year subscription, Microsoft hope it’s more than enough time for you to make the transition and choose OneDrive over the rival.
