Windows 10 build 19041.153, update KB4541738

Can I use more than one Bluetooth adapter on the same computer?

No, typically, you want to use only one Bluetooth adapter per device. If you install multiple Bluetooth adapters on Windows 10, the second device will not be recognized by the system.

You’ll see it on Device Manager, but it’ll be marked as a conflicting device.

If you’re planning to add another Bluetooth because the built-in adapter isn’t working correctly, first you need to disable the old adapter inside Device Manager, and then connect and install the new Bluetooth on your Windows 10 laptop, or tablet, or desktop.
