How to see deleted notifications on Android

Did you delete a notification and wish you could read it again? Here's how on Android 13 and higher releases.

Installing Android using factory image
  • To see deleted notifications on Android, open Settings > Notifications > Notification history.
  • The deleted notifications are available for Samsung, Pixel, and other phone brands.

On Android, the number of notifications you see on the lock screen and the notification drawer can be overwhelming, depending on the number of applications you use. As a result, there might be times when you may end up clearing your notifications without checking them first, and other times, you may want to see a specific notification again, only to find out that you already deleted them.

Whatever the case might be, when dismissing notifications on Android, they are not immediately deleted. They will continue to be available (for at least a day) through “Notification history,” which is available in the settings, whether you use a phone from Samsung (Galaxy), Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 7 Pro, or from another brand.

This guide will show you the steps to recover deleted notifications on Android.
