Windows 10 build 19640 releases in the Fast ring

The 23rd preview of Windows 10 (build 19640) is available now with minor changes, and here's all you need to know.

Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 19640 for PCs enrolled in the Fast ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the preview number 23 available for testers, and it’s a very small update with a couple of changes and improvements.

Windows 10 build 1940, according to the company, Storage sense disable cloud syncing for the Downloads folder. Also, this flight updates the sign-in login to prevent error when accidentally starting with a space trying to type the username.
