Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 19640 for PCs enrolled in the Fast ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the preview number 23 available for testers, and it’s a very small update with a couple of changes and improvements.
Windows 10 build 1940, according to the company, Storage sense disable cloud syncing for the Downloads folder. Also, this flight updates the sign-in login to prevent error when accidentally starting with a space trying to type the username.
In addition, Microsoft is also warning about several known issues with build 19640, including Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) with eMMC storage, updates trying to apply for a long time, broken privacy settings, and taskbar preview thumbnails not rendering as expected.

The preview is available immediately through the Fast ring. This preview build will download and install automatically on your computer, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and clicking the Check for updates button.
