Binary code in Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore explains why the company skipped Windows 9 and went straight to Windows 10. We finally have the answer! Last week at the Microsoft’s Build conference in San Francisco, many Microsoft staffers, including Joe Belfiore were wearing a blue shirt with the Windows logo that was made up of binary code.
Kevin Gosse, Windows developer, couldn’t resist and took a screenshot of the Belfiore during the keynote and analyzed it to find the secret message.
The blue shirt had four messages embedded, one for each square that makes up the Windows 10 logo, and here is what they say:
- There are 10 types of people in the world.
- Windows 10, because 7 8 9.
- Congrats on being one of the first.
- Windows Insiders help us develop the future. Talk to us @ Windows.
Now, no more secrets!
