How to switch themes on Microsoft Launcher

Microsoft Launcher comes with three different themes to personalize your experience, and you can select the one you want using these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Launcher settings. (Press and hold the home screen and tap on Launcher Settings.)

2. Tap on Personalization.

3. Tap on Theme.

4. Use the “Theme” drop-down menu to select the theme color you want to use, including:

   • Transparent.
   • Dark.
   • Light.

   

If you’re selecting the “Transparent” theme, you can use the Opacity slider to control the opacity intensity.

Once you’ve completed the steps, you should now see the theme mode you selected without having to restart your Android phone.

How to adjust blur effect on Microsoft Launcher

You can also apply different blur levels to the background on every screen to make text, widgets, and icons more readable using these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Launcher settings. (Press and hold the home screen and tap on Launcher Settings.)

2. Tap on Personalization.

3. Tap on Theme.

4. Use the “Blur” slider to set the blur effect in the feed page and Microsoft Launcher settings experience.

5. If you want to apply blur to all the screens, turn on the Apply blur effect to all screens toggle switch.

1. Open Microsoft Launcher settings. (Press and hold the home screen and tap on Launcher Settings.)

2. Tap on Personalization.

3. Tap on Theme.

4. Scroll down the page, tap the Accent color option and select color that you want to use on Microsoft Launcher.

5. Tap the Done button.

6. If you want to use color in the headers, turn on the Apply accent color to headers toggle switch.
