On Windows 11, “Suggested actions” is a feature that brings up an inline menu to create a calendar event or make a phone call when you copy a date, time, or phone number to the clipboard.
For example, if you copy a phone number, the flyout would suggest making the call with Microsoft Teams or other apps available on the computer.
Coping a date or time will suggest creating a calendar event, and when you choose the app, the event will create with all the information already filled in.
The feature is available starting with Windows 11 build 25115 and higher releases, and it’s expected to ship with version 23H2, which should arrive during the second half of 2023.

To disable the Suggested actions inline flyout on Windows 11, use these steps:

Open Settings on Windows 11.

Turn off the Suggested actions toggle switch to disable the feature.
Once you complete the steps, you will no longer see suggestions to create calendars, search the web, or make calls when you select and copy dates, times, and phone numbers.
Enable Suggested actions on Windows 11
To enable Suggested actions on your computer, use these steps:

Open Settings.

Click on System.

Click the Clipboard tab.

Turn on the Suggested actions toggle switch to disable the feature.
After you complete the steps, when you copy a date, time, or phone number, Windows 11 will show an inline pop-up to perform a related action.
If you don’t see the option, it’s because you don’t have the version of Windows 11 that supports the feature. Suggested actions is available with build 25115 and higher releases.
