Download Windows Insider 11-year anniversary wallpapers for Windows 11

You can now download the wallpapers for the 11th anniversary of the Windows Insider Program. The program is turning 11, and Microsoft is marking the milestone with a stunning collection of limited-edition wallpapers for Windows 11 that capture the spirit of innovation and community.

Each wallpaper blends modern Windows design with vibrant, futuristic visuals, a perfect way to personalize your desktop and show your Insider pride.

This isn’t the first time that Microsoft has released wallpapers to celebrate an anniversary of the Windows Insider Program. In 2024, the company made available the Insiders’ 10-year anniversary wallpapers, showcasing many iconic elements that go back to Windows 95, including the now-retro design of the Start logo, the “Display Properties,” “Date,” and “Enter Password” dialogs.

The download includes a single Zip file for each wallpaper set, depending on whether you’re downloading the light or dark version. Once you download the files, you have to extract the images from the Zip file, then open Settings > Personalization > Background, select the “Picture” option in the “Personalize your background” setting, and then click the “Browse Photos” button to select the image you want to set as a desktop background. You can use these instructions if you don’t have an activated version of Windows 11.

You can also try downloading the Windows 365 default wallpapers and the colorful Bloom wallpapers available on Surface Laptop 5.
