How to install Microsoft To Do in Chrome

To install the Add to Microsoft To Do extension to Chrome, use these steps:

  1. Open Chrome Web Store.

  8. Click the Next button.

  9. Confirm the account password.

  10. Click the Sign in button.

  11. Click the Yes button to confirm the Chrome extension access to your Microsoft account information.

How to use Microsoft To Do in Chrome

To save a web page as a task on Microsoft To Do, use these steps:

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Open a web page that you want to save to Microsoft To Do.

  4. (Optional) Edit the title and description as necessary.

  5. Select the Microsoft To Do list to save the page.

  7. (Optional) Select the due date.

  8. (Optional) Select the time of reminder.

After you complete the steps, the task will save and sync into your Microsoft To Do list. If you’re using the desktop version of the app, it might take some time to for the task to appear in the list.

While creating a new task, you can also click the Settings (gear) button to adjust a number of settings, including date and time format, default list, and more.   

Alternatively, you can also right-click the page and select the Quick add task option to add the page directly to your to-do list using the default settings.
