Open Chrome Web Store.

Click the Add to Chrome button.
Click the Add extension button.
Click the extension button in the top-right side.
Click the Get started button.
Confirm the Microsoft account associated with Microsoft To Do.
Click the Next button.
Confirm the account password.
Click the Sign in button.
Click the Yes button to confirm the Chrome extension access to your Microsoft account information.

How to use Microsoft To Do in Chrome
To save a web page as a task on Microsoft To Do, use these steps:
Open a web page that you want to save to Microsoft To Do.
Click the Add to Microsoft To Do extension button.
(Optional) Edit the title and description as necessary.
Select the Microsoft To Do list to save the page.
(Optional) Click the Star button to mark the task as important.
(Optional) Select the due date.
(Optional) Select the time of reminder.
Click the Add Task button.
After you complete the steps, the task will save and sync into your Microsoft To Do list. If you’re using the desktop version of the app, it might take some time to for the task to appear in the list.
While creating a new task, you can also click the Settings (gear) button to adjust a number of settings, including date and time format, default list, and more.
