Here are all the new features and improvements for the latest release of Windows 11 in the Dev Channel:

TPM support on ARM

Starting with build 25370, Windows 11 is adding vTPM support on Hyper-V for ARM devices, which means you will now be able to upgrade virtual machines to the latest preview because the system will detect the TPM 2.0 requirement.

Networking changes

In this release, the “netsh” command tool now includes support for bringing adapters. And “passpoint” Wi-Fi networks will now support enhanced connection performance and will display a URL in Quick Settings to provide information to users about the venue.

Finally, the instant hotspot feature available with Phone Link now supports WPA3. Furthermore, this update fixes problems with metered connection settings, reduces duplicate profiles, and shows the phone’s display name in the network list.

This particular flight doesn’t include any other fixes or known issues.
