E3 2014 is over now and Microsoft to move forward and talk about the next wave of improvements coming to Xbox One for the July update.
Today Larry Hryb, a.k.a Major Nelson, revealed the improvements Xbox One will be getting in the coming weeks.
As previously shown in E3, users will be able to use achievements on snap mode. With this new mode it is much easier to track achievements progress in real-time without having to leave the game. You can pin achievements for easy tracking, and there is an option “Get Help” on each achievement, to get tips and suggestion online.
You’ll have the option to double-tap the button on the Xbox One controller to bring up Snap Center, which let you start any app in snap mode. If there are span apps already in the screen, double-tapping will switch between the apps.
“Like” Game DVR clips will allow to “Like” Game DVR clips as well as activity feed items in StartGlass. In certain countries users will also be able to choose different spoken languages for voice control. And finally, the software giant is working on making easier for publishers to offer better bundles and compilation discs.
